The Provision of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 1998 requires that any equipment which is provided for use at work is:

Suitable: For use, and for the purpose and conditions in which it is used;
Maintained: In a safe condition for use;
Inspected: To ensure that it is, and continues to be, safe for use.

Maintenance and Repair

Service Solutions provide you with a scheduled maintenance scheme to help reduce equipment failures; identifying potential problems before they arise and can eliminate product downtime and prolong product longevity.

If a problem arises our highly trained and equipped engineers have the ability to respond rapidly, and in many cases resolve the problem on site, 98% first time fix rate. In the event that a repair cannot be carried out on site we will provide an equivalent replacement product until the repair is complete.
